Our activities
The International Initiative carries out its commitment to building strong
communities to support families through a variety of activities. These include:

national and international seminars which bring together policymakers,
managers, researchers and like-minded professionals from different countries
-
publications which capture information about a range of comprehensive
neighbourhood-based approaches; about international exchanges on these issues;
about innovations and research in these and related areas
-
programme exchanges, which help to replicate effective and innovative service
programmes across national boundaries
-
international working groups, which involve people who are working on the same
issues in different countries coming together to develop ideas, products, and
strategies in common
-
informal networks of practitioners, policymakers and researchers, created
through Initiative activities.
